What we collect

When you request a quote or apply for a role, we collect the information you submit: name, phone, email, address or city, and anything you write in the message field. We also collect basic technical data (IP address, browser type) for security and site performance.

How we use it

To respond to your request, provide quotes, process applications, schedule service, and — with your consent — contact you by phone, text, or email about the services you asked about. We do not sell your personal information.

Analytics & advertising

We use Google Analytics 4 and Vercel Web Analytics to understand how the site is used, and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure our advertising. Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel set cookies and similar identifiers, and the Meta Pixel sends your activity on this site (pages viewed, buttons clicked, form submissions) to Meta so we can measure our ads and show ads — including retargeting ads — to people who have visited this site. We also record in-house interaction events (for example, which call-to-action buttons are clicked) to improve the site.

You can opt out of this tracking: block or clear cookies in your browser settings, install Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout), adjust your ad preferences with Meta (facebook.com/adpreferences), or opt out of interest-based advertising industry-wide at optout.aboutads.info. You can also email help@gottriple.com and we will help you opt out.

Live chat

The chat widget on this site runs on Chatwoot, hosted on infrastructure we control (self-hosted). Messages you send in chat, and any contact details you provide there, are stored so we can respond and keep the conversation's history.

Scheduling

Appointment booking is provided through Cal.com. When you book a time, the details you enter (name, contact information, selected slot) are processed by Cal.com under its own privacy policy in order to create and manage the appointment.

Lookups & public data

To make our forms and tools work, the site may send limited, non-identifying inputs to third-party lookup services: your ZIP code to Zippopotam (to display your city and state), and your utility or location inputs to public EPA and NREL data services (to retrieve public water-system records and solar-production estimates). These requests contain only what is needed for the lookup.

Calls & texts (TCPA)

By checking the consent box on our forms, you agree to receive calls and text messages from Triple Crown at the number provided, including via automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or contact us at help@gottriple.com.

SMS program terms

Message frequency varies based on your request and the status of your quote or appointment. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help and STOP to cancel at any time. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not share mobile opt-in data or consent with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us operate (for example, our fiber installation partner when you purchase fiber service, or email/communications providers) — and only what they need to do the job.

Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected: lead and quote records for as long as we may reasonably provide the requested service (and as required for legal, tax, and warranty obligations), applications for the duration of the hiring process, and chat and message history while the related conversation or account is active. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose; to request access to it in a portable format; to request correction or deletion; and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell your personal information for money. We do use advertising cookies (Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel) that send your activity on this site to those providers for ad measurement and retargeting — California law calls that “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising, and you have the right to opt out of it. To opt out, use the browser and ad-platform controls in the Analytics & advertising section above, or email help@gottriple.com with “opt out” and we will handle it. To exercise any of these rights, email help@gottriple.com — we will verify your request and respond within the time required by law. You may also designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing help@gottriple.com.
