This website is provided by Triple Crown for information about our services and to request quotes or apply for roles. Content is provided "as is" and may change without notice.
Services
Solar and water treatment systems are sold and installed by Triple Crown. Fiber internet service is sold by Triple Crown and installed by our partner carriers; the internet service itself is provided under the serving carrier's terms. AI automation services are delivered under a separate written agreement per engagement.
Quotes & estimates
Figures presented on this site or in initial conversations are estimates. Final pricing, production, and savings depend on your property, usage, and a signed agreement.
Installed systems & warranties
Installation work is performed under applicable state contractor licensing and permitting requirements in the state where the work is done. Warranty coverage for installed systems — including equipment manufacturers' warranties and any workmanship warranty — is stated in your signed installation agreement, which governs over any general description on this website. Nothing on this site creates a warranty by itself.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Triple Crown and its owners, employees, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of this website or reliance on its content. Our total liability arising from the use of this website will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). This limitation applies to website use only; liability relating to purchased services is governed by your signed service agreement and applicable law. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Disputes & governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us at help@gottriple.com with a description of the issue and give us thirty (30) days to work toward an informal resolution. If a dispute is not resolved informally, it will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Intellectual property
The Triple Crown name, marks, and site content are the property of Triple Crown and may not be used without written permission.
